In 2017, Convoy Technologies was re-established as Convoy Technologies, Inc., after Convoy Technologies, LLC was purchased by DC Asia. As a result of this acquisition, the company has accelerated its growth, focused its new product development on hardware, and expanded its geographic footprint. The company was ISO 9001:2015 Certified in 2020.
